With the Fully Telescoping feature similar to the Stinger mouthpiece, this spinning mouthpiece assembly works with stems that are 45mm up to 85mm. The spinning mouthpiece helps with manual heating with a DynaVap as well as fluttering the airport on the Modular Vortex System.
